An Excellent Book
As usual, Avis writes with clarity, perception and creative intelligence. This book offers so much of importance to the ecumenical movement, and in doing so, enlightens and deepens our understanding of the church. His exposition of koinonia is the best I have read.

Anything Yates writes is worth reading. This contribution to a fascinating topic both informs and excites, and encourages the reader to want to read more of Yates' work.
