Quality easy on the budget router!
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed something to replace my old Linksys router which was only pushing DL speed of 45. I knew I should be getting more. Not only did this bring my DL speed (connected) up to 90, but it increased my wireless speeds and reach as well!! I no longer need an extender to reach up to my bedroom. This one works just fine!!

Screwdrivers are essential
The most important parts of this kit are the magnetized screwdrivers. The plastic pry tools are a bit too flimsy (and in fact one partially broke). Be prepared to have your own small flathead screwdriver available to pry the battery away from the casing as it is probably glued on. Pry only on the outer edge of the casing and work it slowly.
The battery leads on this kit didn't seem to "snap" into the board so it was difficult to tell if it was connected. However on first try it did work.

Functionality is what was needed. However, only 4 stars because getting the mounting plate off initially was extremely difficult.
