Disappointed
7 of 15 found this helpful I am in two minds as to whether to return this gadget. I haven’t but I’m disappointed! Good points - it’s light and very manoeuvrable and the different parts are very easy to change. The battery seems to last long enough. But it gets so easily blocked with carpet fluff and then I have to pick and prod to get it all out. If there is a tiny block it doesn’t pick up anything - just spits it out. So frustrating. I would say don’t buy even allowing for the good points. I wish too it had a light. I swore I’d never buy another Dyson before this. I saw a friends massively expensive one and was impressed. I wish I hadn’t been!
