Received exactly as described. Issue was with customer service - realized I needed a half-size larger & requested order cancellation, instead of simply canceling the order the seller tried to get me to accept another ring in the correct size, but Pandora doesn’t make half-sizes, so said no. I was able to find a full size ring for my other hand I was willing to accept, but seller refused to match price & requested payment outside eBay. So, again requested refund, still no luck :(
