    I ordered 2 separate letters on 2 separate ordered so that each child had their own but seller sent them together which spoilt the whole thing. Blamed me for not messaging to say they were seperate which is ridiculous as like I said it was 2 SEPARATE orders. Will not use them again.

    Really sorry you were disappointed as the quality of the letters is not in question. It does clearly state. 'If more than one letter is for the same address all letters will be posted in the same envelope but with all the names on the envelope.' However I would have accommodated you if you had asked.
