Nearly unreadable tiny thin white and red type on silver. For both song listing and text! How do people do this?? Also no dates or other info at all.
Sound, however, exemplary and outstanding. Same for amount and variety of material. Some known treasures among so many fascinating discoveries. Frustrating and highly pleasurable.

Dated but still good
Beautiful Barkin nudity in the beginning, and pretty compelling story. Can't see how anyone would throw themselves at Gabriel Byrne in those days, but today he's a hottie. Hated the ending in 1987, but this time saw it coming a mile away. You will too.

That voice! This value!
Had forgotten how exceptional his voice is. Rich, deep, never cloying or boring. And the amount of music you get from each item in this CD series is immense. Recommend Eckstine, and the series as well, highly. BTW the sound quality is excellent.
