  Seller sold item that was faulty, I was looking for a Washer Dryer and I found it as it was not far my place and cheapest, ( it was listed at 156 quid ) and made an offer of 135 quid (and seller accepted the offer). Initially i was happy that I got a nice deal.... but When we installed the machine and found there was leakage.... and seller is claiming that he had mentioned no return so he will not return money... Total fraud person... stay away... not sure Ebay may help and refund me money....

  We purchased second-hand washing machine from this seller and arranged to collect it. Unfortunately, on the day of collection, the seller informed us that they could not provide the item and would simply refund the amount. This has cost us considerable time and effort, as we had already made plans and arrangements for this purchase. While the refund was appreciated, the lack of communication and the last-minute cancellation were highly inconvenient. Hope future buyers do not experience the same.
