Not protected in the postage.
Was posted in a plastic envelope, no protection to keep it from getting bent. Was just a flimsy bit of thin card.. bent and creased from postage.
Prob just put in bin.
Need to improve how they are being posted out! Don’t even think this will be usable. Need posting out in a sturdy hard brown envelope and maybe a sticker saying it’s not to be folded.
