The picture quality beats more expensive webcams. You will enjoy it
I have 3 Logitech Webcams: C210 I'm using at work and C310 received as a gift. I'm using with my home computer and I'm so happy with these cameras, so I bought another C310 for my son computer. Great product. Very sharp HD video quality and built in microphone, following face feature, auto zoom, auto focus, with balance auto adjust, doesn't have night vision, but good in dim light, easy installation. My parents are very happy to have video chat with grandson through Skype. Works like Magic.

Canon PowerShot TX1 7.1 Megapixel. My review
Hello, I always wanted a camcorder with a great picture quality, unfortunately the prices where too high on the models I like. Recently my friend sent me links to videos of his family he took with Canon PowerShot TX1. I was very surprised of picture quality and HD widescreen format(1280x720). You have to see it to believe. Then I check prices and reviews on this camcorder. I've find one rarely used for $219.49. Spent couple ours talking with my friend about Pros. and Cons. of the camera. He tried 3 different cameras in this class and tell me that picture quality of TX1 is the best in it's class. I decided to try. Pros.: Picture Quality (Amazing)-easily beats it's class and some more expensive palm camcorders. Widescreen HD (resolution 1280x760 pixels 30 frames per second) - also can shoot regular 4:3 NTSC 720x480 format. It's small (3.5 x 2.5 x 1.125 inch) pocket size, but metal case makes it strong and weight helps to have stable picture. Zoom 10 optical it's magic (great in zoo, but need a tripod to stabilize picture on high zoom). Super Macro (manual setting) - It's so cool! I shoot a bee on flower close-up (really CLOSE UP). Accessories. - I bought 2 extra batteries and USB cable for $9.99, 8GB SDHC Class 2 (plus free card reader)for 19.99 and Class 4 for $40.00 (class 2 works fine and USB card reader really helps on older computers or printers without SDHC compatible card slot). Sound recording is good and mic is sensitive. Cons.: Shooting time. It will stop shooting after 60 minutes, so you have to start it again (usually battery will die sooner.) - in my case I'm making short clips 2-16 minutes, and editing them in one movie later. Battery gives you 30-40 minutes (so I have 3. 2 of them and a charger bought for $9.94 ) Auto Focus - some time has difficulties to re-focus fast (you will need practice to develop a technique how to zoom-in-out without loosing a focus) I not use zoom very often and to refocus moving camera left right to update sensors. Also in silent videos mic sometimes picking AF sound (like tiny servo buzz). Build in 7.1 still camera feature very unusable during video shooting as there is no time to switch between focus modes (movie/photo) do not use it. But you can make nice photos under good illumination if not making video in same time. (note. If you a photo maniac as me you will use your photo camera for photos and camcorder for videos) No lens accessory so far (unless you can make a connector in DIY style) Recommendations: 2 or more 8GB(or more) SDHC memory cards. (class 2 works fine with not too long clips) USB Card reader. (for older comps or printers.) 3-4 batteries with charger. Tripod. HD widescreen capable editing software. (I'm using Corel Video Studio Pro X2) bought it with promotion for $60.00 (reg.$136.95). May be some extra Codecs (Before I installed Video Studio I had AVS video converter and All-In-One Codec Pack pre-installed) If you are making more than one video at time you will need a lot of space on hard drive. (I assigned 120GB HD to store and work with videos). My 7 minutes film (after editing) was 960MB(Mpeg2 1280x720 30fps stereo 44chn sound.), but original footage in mjpg-avi format was 6.7GB. With my experience in Video editing I spent 2.5 hours editing and adding music, and effects to my video. Final rendering time was about 16 minutes. Sincerely, Issumbosi

One of the best cheap webcams that will serve you well.
It is a very good quality webcam with built in microphone. We have purchased few for our office and when I saw picture and sound quality I was impressed. And get one for myself. This camera is a great deal for the money. In my opinion Logitech is making very good webcams for reasonable price.
