2 of 2 found this helpful A very easy to use way to test your ketone levels; just urinate into a pot or jug, dip the stick and after approximately 40 seconds (or less) the indicator at the end will change colour.
I bought these for monitoring ketone levels on the ketogenic diet. They have been an integral part of the success I have had with the diet. I recommend them to anyone starting out with keto who wants a cheap and easy way to determine if they have entered ketosis.
