  Item came in damaged box, but the item was OK . Seller dispatched item 2days late and refused to contact his courier, saying its not his responsibility, when item has not been received after7 days , I made a money back or replacement via ebay. Seller claims I want another one for free , when I haven't received it more than a week. I closed the case as I received the item after 10 days.

  The item was dispatched within the promised window, and proof was provided to eBay. Any delays were due to the third-party courier, not my actions. I understand frustration, but requesting a free item as compensation for an issue outside my control is unreasonable especially when I have discounted your product big-time.
