Do not waste your money if you have Windows 10
2 of 4 found this helpful I took delivery of my headphones today and I'm already thinking of returning them. These are Bluetooth headphones so I was hoping to use them with my Android phone and my laptop. Connection to the Android was straightforward and hassle-free but connection to my laptop was impossible.
On carrying out a bit of research, I discovered that this problem is suffered by nearly all Windows 10 users and has been known about for a considerable amount of time. Nevertheless, Bose has still not seen fit to resolve the issue and the support offered is of no actual use. This is one of the most expensive pairs of headphones on the market yet it is essentially useless for anyone who uses a Windows 10 computer.
I'd strongly recommend potential purchasers do not waste their money on this expensive white elephant but find an alternative (probably Sony) which is fit for purpose.

Extremely difficult to wire and very poor quality. I doubt this item has a UK or EU safety rating. I threw mine in the bin.

Works well, looks tidy but slightly noisy.
This is a great unit and is well made. I am happy with it apart from the noise the neons make.
