A godsend for diabetics who like cakes!

At last an excellent substitute for the dreaded sugar, if somewhat expensive .... hopefully its price will fall over time as it becomes better known and more popular. So far I've tried it in a couple of cake recipes and it really works well. It tastes good too, the only difference you may notice is a slightly different more crystalline texture, but none the worse for that.
