  Poor communication when I asked if my item (which had been marked as dispatched) had been sent as 4 weeks later it had still not arrived. Finally got reply to say it was no longer in stock so they were issuing refund. Surprise surprise, the item WAS in stock but they had cancelled my order and raised the price. Disappointing service as I’d bought two matching items at lower price but after one didn’t arrive I had to re-buy at higher price. Unreliable and untruthful seller.
