Portable and effective
This was produced to help create great home-made pastrami and it exactly that. The lid s tight enough fitting that the smoke flavour went deep into the meat and it part-cooked it at the same time (I finished it in my Instant Pot pressure cooker (my other amazing purchase recently).
The only minor irritation is not knowing how long the burners work for, it seemed that fully open it was something less than 20 minutes, half closed it was something less than 40 mins. Fully closed they went out in the wind (despite sitting the smoker on my barbecue in a closed small garden.
The 3 options of level of cooking, the drip tray, and the well for the woodchips all combine to make this an amazing value for money purchase. If you want a great smoke taste to your meats this is a winner.
