Always helps
I've been using Transvasin for many many years, as being the only one of its type that I can use with my anti-inflammatory allergy.
It "burns" on application - as many of these products do - but it certainly brings relief from the pain.

Very natty idea
I gave it as a present, so haven't first-hand knowledge of its performance. The recipient of the gift seems well-pleased with it.
I've clicked NO for value, because I do think it is somewhat over-priced.
