  Not the most observant/courteous seller I've come across on eBay. Made two offers for this initially, both of which expired (i.e. were ignored). Seller then offered me a low price because he couldn't find the USB receiver/dongle. Accepted his offer only to find a replacement receiver was only available from China at a price greater than that of the mouse. Was given the opportunity to cancel and get a refund, hence the positive rating for this seller.
