Bachmann Bulleid corridor brake third coach
This is a specialist item which would not be purchased casually but by a model railway enthusiast who specifically requires it. That said, it satisfied a requirement I had to make up a representative rake of coaches appropriate to the early 1950s on the Southern Region of British Railways. It has not been available on general sale for some years and future production may be subject to upgrading by the manufacturer. It pleases me and, whatever shortcomings it may have (in the eyes of fellow enthusiasts), is superior to the toylike models that were available 50 and more years ago.
