Good quality materials - not so good production
The chisel seems to be of good quality - nice hard steel, sturdy build. And the blade is quite thick.
But the angle of the bevel is 45 degrees or maybe more. And the gouge is quite shallow. So in order to use it I think you would need to remove a lot of metal to reduce the bevel angle and thin out the edge. If you have power tools it would be a good buy. By hand it would take many hours of work.

The lock screw/nut does not lock fully. The etching is superficial and will probably wear.
