Good value
I've bought three plates so far and they've been working out great. They're saw-cut pretty cleanly; the top and bottom are of course mill finish, and while there are some dings and scratches, none have been significant enough to be any issue that a quick shallow facing didn't take care of.

Pretty good, and the price is right
I'm pretty satisfied with this drag chain overall, my one criticism is that when laid out straight, it doesn't lay quite flat - it bows upward a bit, which forced me to angle the end mounting brackets somewhat to accommodate. Not a huge deal in my case, but something to be aware of.

Not bad!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these - they're reasonably substantial, and they came in a convenient plastic storage box rather than the plastic baggie pictured in the listing.
