EBAY WOULD ONLY LET ME CLICK POSITIVE BUT THIS IS NEGATIVE!!!!! Buyer opened a request after 2 days of purchasing claiming they hadn’t received the item. EBay gives a 7 day time frame to dispatch the item in. Please be wary with this buyer as they will open a request with you if the item isn’t sent out within their timeframe!!! Ridiculous !

Sorry but the above feedback is 100% incorrect. I bought and paid for the item on Sunday 21st April, delivery was due on Thursday 25th. The item was sent at 5.30pm on Thursday 25th. The listing clearly states that the seller "Will usually dispatch within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment" The seller tells Ebay what time frame dispatch will be! A request can only be opened one day after at expected delivery date.

The record I was sold did not match the label. The seller was not aware of this when the record was sold to me and acted quickly when i told him about the issue and gave me an instant refund! I didnt even need to send the record back! My previous neutral review was set before this experience, this has since become a good example of good customer service
