Suits all needs in our family.
5 of 5 found this helpful I bought this for myself to kick start a weight loss/lifestyle change. It suits me as a starter but also suits my teenage children and my husband. My husband would prefer a higher speed, up to 12k, but is still getting a good work out running for 30 mins at 10k. I switch between walking for 2 mins at 6k and jogging at 8k for 2m over a 20 min session. Only had it 2 weeks and had no expectation of EVER jogging. The machine is quiet and compact. Kids can still hear TV when I am on it. Feel I have had excellent value for money.
