Manic panic hair lightener
1 of 1 found this helpful I am a cosmetologist student, so this is the MOST intense lightener/ bleach. I had green in my hair, and green can be hard to take out sometimes, and this worked like a charm. I wouldn’t use splat hair dye, cause it can cause a LOT of damage to the hair strands.
