International Version is IDENTICAL to the US Version (at a fraction of the price)!
Learn what you local college bookstore will not tell you: International versions are identical to the US versions. They cost less because the publishers price their books to the market and know that ignorant US students will continue to pay $100's for books when they do not have to. Save some money... buy international.

Great little sauce with more personality than most pepper sauce
The sauce definitely has some heat, but it is flavorful so the pepper is not overwhelming. It does not need refrigerated so it can stay on the table. I use it on everything from eggs & grits to pizza, greens, beans, and cajun food.

My neo-hippie daughter LOVES this! It changes colors as it melts and covers a wine or whiskey bottle, baking it a work of art.
