Ótimo produto.
Essa melatonin Fast Dissolve é melhor para quem tem dificuldade em pegar no sono. Ela age mais rápido que a normal.. Se o problema for manter o sono durante a noite toda, a melhor é a Time Release. Acho que 5 mg é uma excelente concentração.

I didn't the same product as shown on the pics
6 of 6 found this helpful I've received a totally different product.. it was not a kit and it had nothing to do with the pictures on this ad... sorry but I do not recommend it.
