This product works!
Just so you know, I'm not anything like an expert when it comes to sound quality etc. I bought this because the headphone point in my laptop is broken but it isn't worth getting it fixed or replacing my laptop just over that. If your needs are more sensitive than "something that works" I have no idea if this will be adequate.
That being said, this product works! It works fine! It's a better design than more memory-stick-like adapters I have seen. My first one did break - the plastic over the usb part slid away and the tiny wires disconnected - but this is still the best option in this price range so this time I just bought two. You get what you pay for. If you don't want to pay more this is definitely what you want.

Came promptly and well-packaged so it didn't get damaged on the way. The listing gives you accurate expectations. As some other reviewers have noted, there is a chance of small imperfections in the glass but you have to be looking very closely to notice and it's a good price for the size you're getting so I don't think it's a problem. It's designed so you can invert the stand and put the lid over it so it can take up less storage space, which I wasn't expecting.
