It came with a very good box to protect it during transport and even had a box inside containing deodorant for vacuum cleaners and a copy of the original manual book, just a little personal touch that says a lot about the seller! About the product: these Dysons DC15 are so robust, I'm not sure if there are any models made since that are equally as strong. We have 3 Dysons and this model is my favourite.
