This item appears to be complete, and functions well enough. My only issue is that it was chosen to match with one I already had, and I cannot do that. The reason for this is that the tip section diameter is significantly narrower that mine, (0.5mm), and subsequently has a different action. It can still cast a 6oz weight with bait, although I would not risk a full blooded pendulum, like I would my existing one. In my opinion, this mixed ground rod may be better suited to cleaner ground beaches.
