Overall good... for what it costs.

This is a budget luxury office chair. All the effect of a luxury chair on a budget. This fact comes with certain compromises. Where the finish is fantastic everywhere that matters, on the underside surfaces the finish is rough and untended to. Likewise the chair seems to be mass produced in a bit of a rush as the arms aren't quite symetrical. The back didn't quite attach as the instructions described (but did still attach fine). The biggest concern was the fitting for the left arm on the back of the chair which was set out of place. In order to attach the arm I had to bend the metal around a significant amount. I'm fine with this but some people may find that kind of task daunting, especially as it risks breaking the chair. Once assembled it was and still is a very nice looking, and very comfortable office chair, that I am very happy with for the discount price I bought it at.

Why Windows 8.1 over Windows 10? 8.1 works. Be sure to download the Classic Shell Extension to have the classic Windows experience and the OS is genuinely superior to the newest version. I installed 8.1 as a "downgrade" from 10 and have enjoyed not having DCP_Watchdog_Violations ever since. One note: On 8th gen hardware, Windows have been lame and blocked updates, that in turn generates notifications every other minute. There's an easy fix for the issue, but it's worth knowing. The purchase itself from Key Software was without issue, quick to be dispatched, and arrived as described. Overall, very happy and would gladly recommend them.
