Great portable 2in1 for the price
2 of 2 found this helpful If you're realistic about what you can expect at this price point this is a great little 2in1. Performance is snappier than I expected given the Atom CPU and only 2GB RAM (seems to be standard across various manufacturers for machines in this size and price range).
I use as a portable device for internet/email/document editing plus music and video streaming and it servers all these purposes nicely, hasn't felt sluggish at all. Only 32GB disk size (again seems to be standard for small 2in1s at this price) so there's not much space left with Windows and pre installed Acer bloatware on there but you can reclaim a bit of space by uninstalling some of the bloatware and it's easily expanded with a micro SD card if necessary.
Battery life is good, I've had 8 hours of light use out of it without completely draining it. The mechanism for detaching and reattaching the screen from the keyboard is nice and easy to use and feels sturdy. It doesn't overbalance and tip over backwards easily unlike some 2in1s. Touchpad and keyboard are decent, not too awkward to use. The touch screen works nicely and display looks sharp.
Wireless internet and bluetooth both work reliably, although the built in wi-fi adapter doesn't seem to support the 5Ghz frequency which is a bit of a shame but not a deal breaker for me.
A little heavier than I'd like ideally despite it's small size but still small and light enough to be portable.
All in all, it was a bargain at the price I paid.
