  The seller had a problem with the courier - the parcel disappeared for a few days. Thus my wheelbarrow did not turn up on the expected date. I had to make alternative arrangements, and the seller agreed to refund the purchase price if I rejected the parcel at my door when it arrived. As promised, the refund was applied as soon as the seller received the parcel back at their warehouse. Great customer service from the seller, who dealt with the problem that was not of their making. Thank you.
