    Awful Buyer.Due to the buyer living outside of mainland UK, the postage increased. The buyer no longer wanted the item. Due to the buyer not understanding EBay’s policies. The seller does not choose the amount to refund the buyer. It’s automatically done by EBay. The buyer protection fee is a payment the buyer pays to Ebay. Not the seller. Awful
