The remote is missing a major feature that the original remote has - that is the ability to re-pair with the slingbox. If your slingbox de-pairs (This will happen if you own a Now TV Box, a Yamaha amp that I know of) you have to re-set the box including losing all your settings to re-pair remote with box. On the original remote if you held down ok and right arrow all would be fixed. In addition you cant program the remote to control your TV - but this is not a deal breaker to me!

Lightweight, Good value.
This is a well priced product delivered promptly. It is easy to put together, if time consuming... the problem is that even though I am only 70kg it just isn't stiff enough/heavy duty enough for me to have confidence at full height. If I bought a platform again I would pay more for "quick fixings", "adjustable supports" and heavier weight construction. At 5m with stabilisers it is rock solid, but compared to "proper" scaffolding it is just scary to use at full height due to movement/rocking.
