Ols school body builder
A proper little known bodybuilder who achieved great things. Basic info that worked then and still works now.

Old school training but very little Arnie!
Not really an Anrie book, more a novelty. Most pics are of other people training, uses his name to sell it. That said, as it is cheap it is an interesting insight into old style bodybuilding. Added to my pile of old golden age bodybuilding bookd.

A great watch
A great film. A tad dated but very watchable. Hard to believe that made about the same time as some of his other films as the budget seems so much lower. I would def recommend though especially if you are an Arnie fan as I am.
