Love the product not the mess.

When I opened my shampoo and conditioner it was a sticky slimy mess. The conditioner lid was loose and leaked out losing quite a bit of product. I understand that no one is at fault for this but you might want to make sure lids are tightened before shipping. Im still giving you a good rating because other than the messy product I’m happy with the speed and value.
