Excellent recipes
Easy to follow recipes for tasty dishes. The tips for each are a good addition.
Other sections with more general information -for example what can or cannot be frozen are useful.
This is a well presented cookbook.

Does a good job. Needs a good firm push down. With harder veg eg carrot it worked best if they were cut into slices first. Great for onions, and saved eyes watering. Blades are very sharp so watch your fingers. Certainly saves time if doing lots of veg and veg collecting in container useful
