Grandson Sam and I
I received this camper van in very good condition and well wrapped. All pieces and instructions were present.
My Grandson Sam and I build a lot of Lego from buildings to vehicles
This was different it captured his attention straight away. It also helped him knowing I had a van something similar before he was born,he is five.
Whilst he built it he asked a lot of questions regarding the time I traveled in mine. Where did we go how and where we slept,cooked,showered and even the toilet got a mention.
With the Lego I sit with him while he builds things only helping on the odd occasion. With Lego the instructions and quality are first class. We have tried other types but the instructions and fit are not of the same quality.
When he came home from school he proudly showed off two stickers and a pupil of the week award.
The teacher approached his mum and explained that he had written in his news book about building the camper van a drew a brilliant picture of it.
The teacher asked Samuel to stand up in front of his classmates and tell them about it.
She went on to say the amount of detail he went into explaining he and his grandad builds a lot of Lego kept all in the class interested. When it came to question time the amount of questions asked of him were staggering.
That is why Samuel and I build Lego not only for the build or play but the information he gathers. He is very adapt at putting things together and following the instructions very well.
Next project is a large crane. We are both looking forward to that. Thank you Lego
