The post office mixed up the labels and my parcel arrived at someone else's address, and vice versa. We arranged to send the items to each other and Shirley refunded us. Excellent seller despite the unfortunate event, great communications throughout. She was very apologetic despite it not being her fault, and she made sure the situation was resolved. I have my item and all is good in the world :) Top seller.

Soothing soap.
Great item, especially if you have bad skin. Find it soothes itchy skin very quickly, just as ointment does & has same lovely smell.

Light but firm.
So pleased with these pillows. Wanted lightweight pillow, but firm support with bounce back & these are definitely giving it.

Creative relaxation
Can immerse yourself in a jigsaw & forget everything else.Makes you think & work things out without pressure. If you get stuck just leave it for another time, you can always do bit at a time or leave it completely as it's not the end of the world. Downside (if you want to call it that !) you can get hooked !
