Worth every penny, amazing value for money. Efficient, safe and easy to use
3 of 3 found this helpful This works so well! I seldom write reviews but this product is the exception. You do need to be patient and syringe your ear thoroughly several times and it works best if you’ve softened the wax with oil daily for about a week prior. I recommend sitting at your bathroom sink with a jug of warm (body heat) water. Put a towel over your shoulders and have a basin/ jug to hold up beneath your ear. It’s tricky for your left ear if right handed and vice versa but doable. I am confident that it’s safe to use when you follow the instructions.
Afterwards I could hear again clearly. Such a relief and now at the ready for when it happens again. Though I will now use oil weekly to try to avoid it!!

Great kit and works really well.
This is a really useful and simple to use piece of kit. I wouldn’t be without it! It is worth taking on their suggestion that you use olive oil for a couple of days to loosen the wax first if it’s a stubborn.
