poor quality compared to previous purchases

Terrible
2 of 2 found this helpful Where to start! No-one could ever describe this as 'heavy duty'.
It's so weak and feeble it can hardly hold itself upright, a gust of wind would no doubt collapse the whole structure. Even when it was anchored down and guyed I decided it wasn't a safe idea to put a car underneath it.
Rather than scrap it, it has been modified and rebuilt shorter and less tall, for use as material storage whilst I build a shed.

Close shave but slow
Unusual to use with its big head. Mine seems to work OK but the battery remaining display goes from 60 to LO in about 2 minutes after a full charge, but runs long after that.
Shaving is slow going but close. No better than any other shaver I've used, I cant get exited about it.
