Item arrived cracked because it was hopelessly packed in a very thin plastic bag. Seller stopped replying to me early on, didn't send refund, replacement or returns label. I emailed many times and got nowhere. Wouldn't recommend this seller.

Buyer cannot provide any proof of damage, will not provide a photo. They say they do not have a phone or a camera. I can confirm I have now sent them two labels at our expense, and yet still not received this item back!
