  Disappointed. The Lego box arrived in a layer of bubble wrap inside a plastic envelope. It was completely crushed by Royal Mail as if it had been stood on. Could have been better protected and marked fragile. Box also looked old and faded in places. Seller offered a refund on return but that is not easy for me and adds to my inconvenience and expenditure, on what was a low cost item. Bought as a gift for a grandchild but I will have to start again. All avoidable with a little more care.
