This pattern is hard to find, buy it if you see it....
I love Burleigh because of the quality, I have lots of teapots and pitchers and cups etc, but I especially love Highgrove hens because those fat hens and cranky looking roosters make me laugh and bring me joy. What is frustrating is the fact that nobody sells them and Burleigh does not seem to make them anymore

Great design, good Burleigh quality and it tickles my fancy.

That lid is magic...
I put a cup of Jasmine rice and a little more than a cup of water in the pot after having melted a pat of butter in it. When it came to a boil I put it on the lowest heat and just waited for my fish to be done. My rice was fluffy and dry, did not sick anywhere and tasted fresh, no salt needed.
The lid works in a magical way, what used to escape as stem hits the lid becomes water and is returned to the rice in little droplets.
