Nice laptop but so many problems
2 of 2 found this helpful Bought as a present for my son to study, but after one day, the cursor freezes, pc starts up and updates then freezes. Several problems logging in then screen goes black or stays frozen. Cursor moves around by itself or doesn’t work at times. Such a shame as it is a nice laptop with a great design and can be a tablet or PC but such as let down as it is a refurbished item.
