I purchased the 4 books to give to family, so we can all lose weight at the same time. I really enjoy the fact that she submitted everything to be successful, no matter how out of shape you are, it will work for you to help firm you up. Repetition helps decrease the weight down to where you want it. I like the book, because, I had a car accident which hindered my left side, so I can't do what I did before. With this book, plans, diet planning...I don't have to plan anything, just do what she says, that's very helpful because my memory isn't what it was.
