poor service

I ordered this and after no response from sender I wanted to cancel which I did request after the seller sent me an email and story of why the long delay in shipping and no response. There wa no response from the seller and I responded immediately after receiving an email via email myself requesting the book was already purchased from another seller in a timely manner. It is ridiculous that a seller would not honor the option to cancel after the long delay in even processing my order due to his/her personal problems. It was very unprofessional. I will never order from this seller or on ebay agin.
