  Bought a Mulberry bag, it arrived and you can see immediately that it is a fake/counterfeit. I asked for a return and refund and that it should go straight to authentication. I even said that the seller must not have realised it was fake when she purchased but the seller has refused the return. Really upset as I paid 140.00 for the bag, what a waste of money and time.

  This is absolutely incorrect,the handbag is not a fake or counterfeit, you are making accusations with absolutely nothing to back it up apart from your opinion, my 16 years with e bay I have never had any issues with any buyer infact the opposite I have 100% satisfaction from anything iv sold, I have never & would never sell fake /counterfeit goods, you asked for refund & said this was because the bag was fake ,I won’t refund on that basis. The feedback you have left is completely wrong & liable
