Good book!
I really like this author and try to get my hands on her books.
This story was slightly different than what I'm used to as far as the medieval setting goes.
Most deal w/ a noble woman being wed to a knight, this deals with the King marrying off his previous mistress. Interesting concept, since the King's had plenty of mistresses, and usually for not a long period of time. It was an interesting view to see what the King might do to protect her interests when he was finished with her.
