The Joy of Steam
1 of 1 found this helpful Being avid Tea drinkers, we needed a good capacity kettle, and spotted this little number. The price was attractive, as was the kettle. Delivery was swift, and it has been in daily use since leaving it's packaging. This is by far the best kettle I've had in recent years. Encapsulated base gives even, rapid boiling; the handle is well designed and comfortable and does not get hot. The mechanism for lifting the spout-cover has been of particular interest to the male members of the household, and the whistle is just the right side of annoying to prevent a boiling kettle being forgotten.
There will be those who will happily buy this kettle just for it's looks - as a decorative item for their kitchen - especially as it represents such value for money.
