  Case arrived broken and battered, seller has also permanently scratched my name and address into clear cover. Disc is also very scratched so I would definitely not describe this as "Very Good" condition.

  How can be responsible for the items treatment in transit it left in the condition as it was listed as, address was written on the jiffy bag not "scratched" into the case, so buyer exaggeration ?!? Plus didn't even make contact before leaving negative feedback, so as the seller was totally unaware of the handling mistreatment, most unfair and uncalled for response from buyer, once it's been dispatched no seller has any control but was not even given a chance to offer solution if buyer was not h!
